Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@aiflorist.in or call +91 96 3253 3434.
- More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund will be issued.
- Within 24 hours of delivery: Cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order value, as preparation may have already begun.
- Same-day orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refund Policy
As flowers are perishable products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason — damaged flowers, incorrect arrangement, or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it, which may include a replacement or store credit.
