Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Delivery
We offer delivery within our serviceable areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers, as fresh arrangements require prompt handling.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee. As flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Flower varieties and colours are subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure the freshness and quality of your arrangement.
